Therapy and services

Individual Therapy
Time for you
At Mudita, we recognise that everyone responds to therapy differently, and not one size fits all.
Working together with your therapist, we will tailor your sessions according to your needs, in a safe and welcoming space.
We will support you to become the best version of yourself.
Group Therapy
Supporting each other
Sometimes, people prefer experiencing therapy in a group environment. Group therapy can be helpful by providing peer support and a sense of belonging. Clients who have experienced individual therapy with us might want to go on to try group therapy.

Group therapy needs a minimum number of participants, please contact us for more information.
Professional Training
Supporting your organisation
We know how important it is that our places of work are able to support their employee's wellbeing.

Mudita have a range of training packages available which we can deliver to your staff, such as embedding personal resilience or managing stress and burnout. We can also offer a drop in counselling service for your organisation. Contact us to find out more.
